Grand Bazaar

23/05/2017
With a Brisbane City Council kerbside collection scheduled for the week starting on May 29 for Graceville and surrounding suburbs, many families will be tempted to throw lots of old stuff out.
But PLEASE keep any items of good quality that can be donated to the Grand Bazaar at this year’s Graceville State School Fete, which will be held this year on August 26.
The Grand Bazaar is a really popular element of the fete and allows bargain hunters to buy pre-loved goodies such as household furniture, books, toys, DVDs, CDs and a host of other items. Closer to the fete, we will let you know when and where the goodies can be dropped off. Please ensure any items you donate are in good working condition. And, remember, for health reasons we can’t accept clothes, shoes or stuffed toys. Big old TVs and computer monitors are no good, either.
If you doubt that your items are of sufficiently good quality to sell at the fete, just leave them out for the council. Otherwise, please help us out!
